October Blog

The children enjoyed different textures by exploring glue, sand and glitter on a display board, with coloured handprints for Diwali. The children had fun playing with the rain shakers. The children enjoyed playing with jelly and cooked pasta and oats during messy play. Ofsted graded us GOOD!!

The Ofsted inspector was happy that all the children’s needs were being fully met and their wellbeing looked after, rating the nursery ‘Good’ overall. Ofsted praised the nurseries partnership with parents, noting that; “Highly effective as staff are committed to working together with them, to ensure continuity of care and learning for children.” The staff team at the nursery were also praised for creating a “Safe environment” with Ofsted going…

Mark Making

Mark Making Practitioners support and challenge children’s thinking by getting involved in the thinking process with them.
