The Ofsted inspector was happy that all the children’s needs were being fully met and their wellbeing looked after, rating the nursery ‘Good’ overall.
Ofsted praised the nurseries partnership with parents, noting that;
“Highly effective as staff are committed to working together with them, to ensure continuity of care and learning for children.”
The staff team at the nursery were also praised for creating a “Safe environment” with Ofsted going on to say;
“Playrooms are safe and thoughtfully planned to create enabling environments for all ages of children. The baby room is particularly inviting, helping babies feel secure and develop a sense of belonging.”
Child development was given a special mention as Ofsted recognised that;
“Staff have a good understanding of how children learn and plan effectively to promote a balance across the areas of learning. The quality of teaching is consistently good across the nursery.”
Continuing their praise, Ofsted said;
“Outdoor play is particularly well established promoting children’s interest in outdoors and ensuring that those children who learn best through being outdoors are able to do so.”
Emma Brown, Nursery Manager, said:
“It is incredibly rewarding to receive this acknowledgement from Ofsted praising the quality of our care and education. This endorsement proves that all our hard work is recognised and the care we strive to provide is delivered.”
“I am very proud of the whole team. All the staff at the nursery work tirelessly to ensure that every area of care and education is provided at the highest level for our children and their families.”
