• Coffee morning Fundraiser for Cancer research

  Here at Cherubins we did a coffee morning to raise funds for Cancer research. We sold breakfast bags, gift bags and had a cake sale.

  For this great cause we managed to raise £400.00 which is the best we have done up to now. This is a charity that touches the heart of most of us and we would like to thank everyone who donated.

  A huge thank you to Cathy who made up all of the beautiful gift bags, helped with cooking the breakfasts for the breakfast bags and ordered the cakes for the cake sale.

• New chicken and Duck area

  We would like to inform all of our parents that our new chickens and ducks coop and run area is now finally complete and safe from predators. This has been a long process trying to completely move them from their area in the garden over into our forest school area and ensure it is completely safe from predators. The children have been enjoying going to visit the animals with their friends in groups and with their parents at the end of the day. We have added 2 new rabbits (both boys) to our animals and the younger children (under 2's) in particular have been enjoying stroking their soft fur and watching them jump around together. Their names are Peter and Parker. They are still living inside at the moment whilst we work on new secure housing and run area for them to join the other animals in the forest school.
